Lighting the Path Community Yoga Practicum Class
Donation-Based | All Levels Welcome
Join us for a heart-centered community yoga class taught by the Lighting the Path Teacher Training trainees, offered as part of their supervised teaching practicum. These classes are a meaningful opportunity to support new teachers as they step into leadership, while enjoying a thoughtful, accessible, and alignment-focused vinyasa flow.
Each class will emphasize safe, steady movement with plenty of options, modifications, and clear cueing to support all bodies and experience levels. Consent-based hands-on assists will be available if you’d like them. This class is perfect for beginners and welcoming to all—come as you are, rest when you need, and practice at your own pace.
There will be three opportunities to take class with our trainees. Each session is taught under the direct supervision of senior teacher Pete Guinosso, ensuring a supportive, grounded, and high-quality experience.
